in 5 races , my captain had 3 times "suffered from a crash that influenced his performance the rest of the race" and an off day so the team didn't get enough pts (only 190pts) and i am back to div3 after 110days in div2 :/ hope my luck change in next races so the team can go again to div2

You have some very nice climbers. Some are getting old and some need to be a little better. W2hay you would expect as you go up the divs. Your climb team is far better than mine.
i got a 2nd place with sebas this season too .. first results in BA since my first season in OCM :D
i hope when i reach top div i meet your climb squad rigana in good forme and strong ennough to get results
Good luck to both of you. My climb team is still quite weak. It has started picking up a few top 9's. It is going to have 2 wait as I have 3 riders to train for the sprint team.
Thanks iheb. I like having a big team with 3 descent captains. That way I can enter a lot of races including breakaways with my jobbers and back up riders. I've won 1 breakaway this season and have done pretty good in div 2 as well, thats something I have never been able to do before. :)

also have 1 big and strong squad need much money as you need as super velo said 7 exceptional riders to stay there .. even rigana is using damiano as cobbler captain but you use sane TMs for both squad as you use LOs alawys for Damiano
Plus I finally have an incredible sprint talent in training so hopefully I can make the move up to div 1 if my trainee doesn't quit on me. lol
True Rigana, however you have to have an exceptional 6 or 7 riders to be able to keep the points coming in. I never had a sprint squad good enough to do that but I did have Wilbur and Laacaro as potential captains so I acquired some hill helpers for Wilbur and now I have Andjivic as hill and hill TT and it has worked out pretty good. This is a good discussion. :-)
You can stay in a high div with 1 squad. However, you need 3 good captains and some need to tf every year. Two squads helps, while you build the 2nd squad it actually becomes more difficult as you ignore your main squad for a while.
yes i posted few days ago a post to recrute some hill helpers for yvon .. kare and ammar are my leaders until i get H-hilpers .. hhh good luck for you too you have really a great team
I probably shouldn't be giving advice to a potential adversary but then every team that enters the races I do in div 2 is very tough. So another tough team to compete against won't make any difference. Besides my rookie hill captain Tomislav Andrijevic says bring em on. lol Good luck.
You really have an exceptional climbing team, plus you have 2 or even 3 potential captains already. I would use Martel solely as your hill team captain. Get some hill team mates. Old failed hill trainees will serve as good hill helpers for Martel. Enter him in races where hill is the prominent requirement and. A 15 man team is optimal because you will have 3 jobbers.

I discovered that I needed a bigger team with not just 1 squad that could score but 2 or 3 squads able to bring in points. I added a hill squad to my sprint team and also a rider capable of getting results in hill TTs so that gives me 3 options. My team is now solidly in the top of div 2. I would suggest you do the same because if you don't have a great captain with good support that can win all t
The same thing happened to my team, it would bounce between Div 2 and div 3. The problem I found was that my 10 rider team was not able to generate enough points to stay in div 2 because the races are tougher and a string of losses will put you out of div 2 quickly.
Me too, get out of my division with these riders! ;)
